Can I say how impressed [we] were with Alexis Dite … He picked up the case at lunchtime the day before the trial started and grasped the ins and outs of the case immediately … I think in particular his cross examination of P went a long way to us getting a guilty verdict. We would … be happy to have him as Counsel for any trial in the future.

R v J (Isleworth Crown Court, 2011): successfully resisted the imposition of unnecessary and disproportionate terms in a SOPO in an indecent images case. This case also involved the consideration of expert forensic computer analysis.

R v H (Sudbury Magistrates’ Court, 2010): a successful submission of no case to answer based on an argument in relation to police powers to enter private property.
