Adam is Managing Partner of The Pacifico Partnership specialising in training for the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Sector. Prior to creating The Pacifico Partnership Adam was the Director of Staff Development & board member of BPP Professional Development where he was involved in the strategic and operational management of the division with over 100 staff and a turnover of approximately £16 million.
Between 1994 - 1999 Adam took a career break from the Bar and joined the Metropolitan Police Service. His operational experience included three years serving on the pro-active covert robbery and drugs squad.
Adam currently trains over 1200 detectives a year in relation to effective evidence management and presentation in court. Adam also regularly trains operational staff from Homicide Command, Counter Terrorism, Firearms Teams, Project Sapphire the National Policing Improvement Agency – Proceeds of Crime Unit, Forensic Experts and others.
Adam is an Inns of Court Accredited Advocacy Trainer for Inner Temple. Adam continues to train many of the city’s leading law firms both in the UK and internationally.
