£917,000 won for Environment Agency

Sailesh Mehta has obtained over £900,000 in confiscation on behalf of the Environment Agency. The case in question has been described as one of the biggest and most complex cases ever undertaken by the Agency Hugh O'Donnell was convicted in June 2011 for running a massive illegal waste site at Aldermaston in Berkshire. Following months of asset-chasing and Sailesh Mehta's submissions to the Crown Court, Mr O'Donnell has now been required to pay back a record £917,000.
