Third-six Pupillage

Chambers usually offer third-six pupillages from October to April each year. We provide advocacy training for third-six pupils, separately from 12-month pupils, and each third sixer has a pupil supervisor. We encourage all pupils to work with as many members of Chambers as possible, on papers and at court.

Third sixers take a full and active part in Chambers’ life and can expect an enviably broad and challenging spread of work. Those who wish to apply for tenancy are usually considered six months after they start.

Please look out for adverts on this website, in robing rooms and on the Bar Council's website in August each year.

Chambers is committed to the Equality & Diversity Code for the Bar.
